As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests staying at our hotel in Ajman. Your main duties will include checking guests in and out, making reservations and bookings, organizing transportation and activities, and ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience is not required but preferred.
