• Perform all tasks to service food & beverage according to hotel standards.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu.
• Practice good customer relations and address complaints satisfactorily.
• Ensure the Outlet is set up for service and supervise operations.
• Direct the service team to ensure duties are performed as per standards.
• Ensure all colleagues are adequately trained.
• Organize and control supplies, maintaining concise records.
• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
• Use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations.
