Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Restaurant Manager responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations across restaurants, bars and room service where applicable.

You will assist with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards and support servers and hosts during peak periods. The role focuses on improving guest and employee satisfaction and maximizing financial performance in your areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 4 years experience in food & beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in F&B/culinary, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily restaurant operations.
• Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
• Leads and develops team members; coaches, mentors, and provides direction.
• Ensures compliance with food & beverage policies, standards and procedures.
• Manages service delivery from greeting to departure with guest satisfaction in mind.

Education
