Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; no strict requirements
• 1+ years in a restaurant environment preferred
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of menu items is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure while staying professional

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when they arrive at the restaurant
• Take orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Serve food and drinks to customers
• Ensure all orders are correct before leaving the kitchen
• Maintain orderliness in the dining area by clearing tables promptly
• Replenish condiments, napkins, cutlery, and supplies as needed
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Collect payments from customers when necessary
