Job summary

ConFlip in Sharjah, UAE is seeking an experienced Waiter to join our restaurant team. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a friendly, efficient service. The ideal candidate shows strong communication and customer service skills, can multitask during busy periods, and maintains high hygiene standards.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Previous waiter or waitress experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous waiter/waitress experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is desired but not essential.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus.
• Take orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Monitor guests’ satisfaction levels throughout their dining experience.
• Ensure that all tables are properly set up with necessary items.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene within the restaurant premises.
• Assist in preparing food items as needed.
