Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• No English language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers, take orders and serve food and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guest needs are met
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and dining area
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist in food preparation and ensure food quality standards are met
• Upsell menu items and make recommendations to customers
