Your responsibilities include managing administrative and technical requirements to ensure a seamless guest experience, answering internal and external calls accurately, maintaining departmental systems, responding to emergency procedures, and handling guest requests such as messages, printing, and special occasions. Effective communication with other departments and the extended hotel team is essential to ensure operational alignment. What you'll bring
Your unique personality and passion are vital. You should have excellent customer service skills, outstanding communication and active listening abilities, and strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
