What you'll do

Your responsibilities include managing administrative and technical requirements to ensure a seamless guest experience, answering internal and external calls accurately, maintaining departmental systems, responding to emergency procedures, and handling guest requests such as messages, printing, and special occasions. Effective communication with other departments and the extended hotel team is essential to ensure operational alignment. What you'll bring
Your unique personality and passion are vital. You should have excellent customer service skills, outstanding communication and active listening abilities, and strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Knowledge of technology, a relevant professional qualification or hotel school diploma, and 2-3 years of experience in a similar luxury hotel role are required. Proficiency in English is essential; skills in Arabic, French, Mandarin, or Spanish are advantageous. A customer-focused approach and a strong work ethic are also important.
