Comida in Dubai is seeking a friendly and professional Waitress to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service, take accurate orders, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key duties include greeting guests, presenting menus, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, handling payments, and supporting daily restaurant operations while maintaining hygiene standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous waitress or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with a positive and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options when required.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests regularly and respond to their requests.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant duties.
