Job Description

We are seeking a Guest and Patient Relation Executive to provide exceptional service and ensure a positive experience for patients and visitors. This role involves assisting patients with inquiries, handling concerns, and coordinating with medical staff to enhance overall patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in healthcare or hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  2. Provide information regarding hospital services, procedures, and facilities.
  3. Address patient concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
  4. Assist patients with appointment scheduling, registration, and billing inquiries.
  5. Ensure smooth communication between patients, medical staff, and administrative teams.
  6. Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  7. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
  8. Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and report feedback for service improvement.
  9. Coordinate with international patients for travel, accommodation, and treatment arrangements.
  10. Support VIP patients by providing personalized assistance and hospitality services.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, or a similar role in healthcare or hospitality.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle patient concerns with empathy.
  5. Knowledge of hospital procedures, insurance policies, and patient rights is preferred.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
