International Freight Trucks Queuing System: This is a solution to maintain trucks & drivers data to facilitate the queuing process of trucks for upcoming trips.
Role and Responsibilities of the Intern:
Get introduced to how to use the solution and update trucks & drivers existing data (create, edit, deactivate) including attaching latest certificates and permits based on a list and attachments to be shared by the freight operations team.
Outcome Expected:
Complete updating about 400 records of trucks and drivers respectively to be reviewed and signed off by the freight operations team.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge in MS Office & file uploads.
Very good English level.
Additional Notes:
The intern is expected to:
Fully understand their role and the outcome of the project.
Follow the guidelines provided by the supervisor.
Actively ask questions to support the learning process.
Be punctual and work the required number of hours agreed to by the intern and their supervisor.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and manifest professional behavior.

Notify the supervisor in case they are unable to attend as planned.
Dress appropriately to the particular workplace.
Respect the data confidentiality of the workplace, its clients, and its employees.
