A leading beverage company is looking for a GTR Field Sales Specialist to enhance brand presence in the UAE and MEA region. This role includes building relationships with customers, training a sales team, and managing key account P&Ls. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of field sales experience and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus. This role focuses on developing and accelerating Brown-Forman brands in the MEA Travel Retail channel, guided by our brand building philosophy and global brand strategies. You will spend time at airport retail outlets, build customer relationships, mentor Brand Consultants, and help make key decisions that support growth. You will lead our team of Brand Consultants in the region and work closely with customers and internal teams.
