Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue (NSV) and profit (GP) targets quarterly.
  • Manage the A&P budget monthly.
  • Oversee cash collection, aiming to beat overdue targets as a percentage of total receivables.
  • Expand market share in key airport locations.
  • Lead a team of Retail Ambassadors.
  • Serve a diverse customer base across all sub-channels in Global Travel Retail.
Skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L to meet revenue and profit goals. Numerical and analytical skills are essential.
  • Negotiation skills for creating trading agreements, with experience in pricing and investment negotiations, preferably in off-trade channels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with experience managing customer relationships and working in a matrix organization.
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and manage a team of Retail Ambassadors.
  • Team player with the ability to build teams and drive collective performance.
