As the Go-To-Market Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and executing cross-functional strategies to successfully introduce new offers, products, features, and monetization models to market. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations and other members of the Strategy team to ensure alignment and drive business results in a fast-paced classifieds environment.

In this role, you will :

  • Own end-to-end GTM planning and execution for product launches, feature rollouts, and new market entries
  • Collaborate with Product and other Strategy team members to shape positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies
  • Define target segments and value propositions, aligning them with customer needs and platform capabilities
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop and deliver go-to-market campaigns, messaging, and sales enablement materials
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to train teams, support onboarding, and gather field insights
  • Analyze market feedback, competitive dynamics, and adoption metrics to continuously optimize GTM performance
  • Serve as a key liaison between business and product teams, ensuring go-to-market readiness and alignment
  • Drive operational readiness and optimisation including documentation, support materials, internal communication plans
  • Own sales policies and commission schemes ensuring effectiveness and alignment towards meeting company goals
  • In conjunction with the Product team, define methodologies to promote product engagement and brand loyalty with clients and users

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus
  • 4-7+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business operations in a digital marketplace or classifieds platform
  • Strong understanding of the the Classifieds ecosystem and user behavior across buyer / seller journeys
  • Proven success in launching and scaling digital products or services
  • Demonstrated ability to define and refine sales offer schedules
  • Experienced in defining and managing tools towards a client segmentation sales approach
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience working with metrics, KPIs, and customer insights
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
