Within vertical building, we focus on industries going through long-term change and with significant opportunity for growth. These are: mobility, wellness, beauty, media, energy, and retail.

The Growth & Transformation team is responsible for driving value creation and EBITDA uplift across our businesses within vertical building.

Multiply Group is seeking an Associate for its Growth & Transformation. This individual will support G&T projects by conducting analyses, helping implement operational improvements, and working alongside both Manager- and Director-level team members, as well as portfolio company executives.

Role description:

Supporting 100-day plans and transformation roadmaps:

• Gathering and analyzing operational and financial data to inform action plans
• Maintaining project trackers, performance dashboards, and milestones

Conducting performance monitoring and predictive analysis:

• Identifying trends and potential challenges across multiple portfolio companies
• Providing fact-based insights that help anticipate risks and opportunities

Executing value creation initiatives:

• Contributing to specific workstreams (e.g., cost optimization, digital enhancements)
• Tracking results against defined targets and reporting progress to G&T Managers

Creating robust value creation plans during the investment process:

• Assisting in due diligence, synergy identification, and M&A integration
• Translating operational findings into actionable recommendations

Technology/AI awareness:

• Staying informed on market trends and new innovations (e.g., AI-driven tools)
• Exploring how emerging technologies can improve both personal productivity and portfolio company performance

Driving industry research:

• Ensuring key market trends are followed proactively
• Making recommendations to senior leaders based on said trends

Participating in team development:

• Engaging with senior team members to learn best practices in driving operational change
• Sharing insights and results with colleagues to foster a high-performance culture

Role requirements (non-negotiable; all requirements are a must have):

*5 years of relevant experience, ideally from a top consultancy, investment bank, or strategic/operational role within a PE-backed environment

*Demonstrated track record in:

• Financial/operational analysis (e.g., modeling, dashboards, KPI tracking)
• Supporting complex transformation or strategic initiatives
• Communicating insights effectively to senior stakeholders

*Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required; MBA or Master's degree is strongly preferred

*Solid understanding of how analysis and recommendations tie back to EBITDA/ROI

*Ability to learn new technologies, including AI tools, and apply them for business impact
