You will build reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and KPI tracking, translate data into actionable insights, and champion high-priority projects with clear milestones and ROI focus. This is an ownership role with accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in Growth Strategy, Business Ops, or high-growth startups.
• Strong numerical skills and financial modeling.
• Experience with dashboards, spreadsheets, and KPIs.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder management.
