Job summary

GETHR in Dubai seeks a hands-on Growth Operator / Head of Marketing to own the performance engine of a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand. You will work directly with the founder and execute in Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, copywriting, and growth playbooks.

Must-have includes 2 years in DTC/e-commerce, strong Shopify/Meta Ads fluency, solid ROAS/CAC understanding, fluent English, and an ownership-minded, delivery-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2 years hands-on experience in DTC / e-commerce with direct brand/account management
• Fluent English (written and spoken) clear communication is essential
• Strong familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC)
• Operator mindset: takes ownership, gets blockers removed and executes

Responsibilities

• Performance marketing across Meta, Google, AppLovin, Axon, and Taboola
• Creative strategy: identifying hooks, angles, and concepts
• Copywriting for ads, landing pages, funnels, and product pages
• Funnel optimization, CRO, upsells, cross-sells, and conversion improvements
• Scaling paid traffic and ROAS across channels
• Team leadership: hiring and scaling a small creative team (video editors)
