Job summary

AD Ports Group's Abu Dhabi Food Hub seeks a Senior Specialist Growth to support the Senior Manager Growth in executing the commercial portfolio. The role ensures continuity, billing integrity, and service quality across tenant, MOUs, concessions, VAS, parking, cold chain, and waste management operations.

The position emphasizes testing the Operations Management System, delivering actionable data, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and ESG outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Free Zones, or Industrial Parks.
English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
Certification in facilities management, logistics, or contract management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Manager Growth in the seamless execution of ADFH’s commercial operational portfolio.
Ensure operational continuity, contract and billing integrity, and service quality across key functions.
Test and troubleshoot the Operations Management System, acting as the Control Tower for operational activities.
Generate data-driven insights to drive facility growth and ESG objectives.
Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards for senior management.
