Growth Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Operations Manager to join our on/off ramp team in Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing operations for our on/off ramp service offerings in the region.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics, user behavior, and growth strategies.

This is a full time role, can be based in Singapore or a remote position in Asia, preferably talent who knows Thailand & Indonesia market well.

Responsibilities

1. Boost sales and contribute to our long term business goals by growing and establishing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners.
2. Design and implement ongoing growth activities online and offline to engage, acquire and retain user pool and trading volume.
3. Handle disputes arising from P2P transactions on the platform and support users/clients with troubleshooting to resolve their issues.
4. Constant monitoring of transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activities.
5. Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand user behavior, market trends, and growth opportunities in Southeast Asia.
6. Leverage on regional user data and insights to contribute to the team’s growth & ops strategies.
7. Gain a deep understanding of the P2P product, including its features and user experience, collaborate with the product team to identify areas for improvement and implement product enhancements.
8. Consistently and comprehensively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the shared understanding of goals, deadlines and deliverables.
9. Continuous market research to identify and leverage on growth opportunities for the product, including but not limited to market comparison analysis, business opportunities recommendations and relevant local market news.

Requirements

1. College degree or above.
2. At least 5+ years of relevant experience in business development and growth roles in the fintech, payments or crypto industry.
3. Fluency in English, Thai OR Bahasa Indonesia is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
4. Organized, meticulous and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
