Role Overview:

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in driving demand across all digital channels.

Your mission: boost brand visibility, increase lead conversions, and fuel the expansion of Heaven Scents across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, and new channel campaigns.
• Build and maintain detailed performance dashboards tracking KPIs such as CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve growth targets across UAE, USA, Europe, KSA, and more.
• Collaborate closely with our creative and content teams to design high-converting ads and landing pages (including A/B testing).
• Analyze customer journeys and data insights to develop actionable growth strategies.
• Research and test new acquisition channels.
• Oversee marketing and web analytics tools, ensuring accurate tracking (UTMs, event tracking, tagging).
• Stay on top of the latest marketing trends and tools to keep our strategies sharp and effective.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing, ideally in e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Strong expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ownership mentality with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Bonus points: Experience in luxury brands, beauty, or fragrance industries.
