Job description

Our client is seeking a hands-on and data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale a high-performing marketing engine. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys experimentation and is ready to drive meaningful growth across digital channels.

You will lead the development and optimisation of our inbound marketing strategies, focusing on customer acquisition across a suite of B2B products in the HR, payroll and compliance space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimise growth campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Own the end-to-end inbound acquisition funnel, from initial awareness to conversion
  • Develop and scale performance marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, review sites and outbound email
  • Collaborate closely with brand, product and sales teams to align growth initiatives
  • Use AI tools, automation and analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Set, monitor and deliver on ambitious growth targets and pipeline goals
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting and creative to maximise ROI
  • Report on performance metrics and share insights to inform broader strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth or performance marketing
  • Proven track record managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta and Google
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, funnel optimisation and experimentation frameworks
  • Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for creative that converts
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of results
  • Experience working in or with startup or high-growth environments

Preferred

  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Experience marketing to MENA-region businesses and an understanding of regional business culture
