Position Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for executing go-to-market campaigns that drive merchant acquisition, consumer app adoption, and transaction growth. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working across paid, owned, and earned channels to activate integrated marketing plans and accelerate measurable growth across markets.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role manages digital campaigns, collaborates with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and creates high-performing content tailored to key target audiences. The ideal candidate combines strong executional capability, digital channel fluency, content instincts, and performance-oriented thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel campaigns to support product launches, market entries, and merchant/consumer growth targets.
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead to translate strategic GTM plans into actionable, channel-specific executions.
- Manage external creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver campaign assets and performance.
- Track campaign timelines, creative approvals, budget utilization, and performance metrics.
Content & Social Marketing
- Write, adapt, and localize content for digital and social channels (e.g., paid ads, carousels, landing pages, CTAs).
- Manage Pay10’s content calendar across social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), aligning posts to campaign themes and product messaging.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, voice, and compliance requirements.
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
- Brief and oversee paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Collaborate with media agencies and platform reps to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign health, flag underperforming assets, and recommend optimizations.
Merchant & Consumer Activation
- Support the rollout of merchant-focused campaigns that educate, acquire, and onboard new partners.
- Collaborate with activation and sales teams to create co-branded content, in-store material, and training assets.
- Drive consumer awareness and downloads through targeted digital and influencer-led efforts.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics across campaign types (paid media, social, email, influencer, etc.).
- Provide actionable insights to improve creative, channel mix, and targeting.
- Deliver monthly campaign performance reports to the Marketing Lead.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in digital or growth marketing roles with strong execution responsibilities.
- Proven experience launching and managing integrated campaigns across paid, social, and owned channels.
- Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills for digital and social content.
- Hands-on familiarity with paid campaign platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), basic reporting, and UTM tracking.
- Experience working with creative/media agencies and managing campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Fintech, payments, or digital app experience preferred.
