The Marketing team at Unifonic is seeking a performance-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to lead the execution of scalable, multi-channel marketing programmes that fuel the growth of our B2B SaaS business. This role combines hands-on digital marketing execution with strategic ownership of pipeline generation, brand positioning, and campaign optimisation. You’ll be responsible for driving demand, improving conversion rates, and enhancing brand visibility across digital channels. The ideal candidate is equally strong in paid acquisition, CRM automation, email marketing, and brand building, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales to convert pipeline into revenue.

Help us shape the future of communication by:

  1. Growth & Demand Generation: Planning and executing full-funnel growth strategies across paid media channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, META), optimised for CAC and pipeline efficiency.
  2. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Designing and managing segmented email campaigns and multi-step nurture workflows in HubSpot to engage leads across different stages of the buyer journey.
  3. Lead Scoring & CRM Automation: Building and optimizing lead scoring models and automated workflows in HubSpot to support sales prioritization and improve funnel velocity.
  4. Sales Collaboration: Working closely with Sales to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are properly handed off, followed up, and optimised for revenue conversion. Maintain feedback loops to refine targeting and messaging.
  5. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Continuously testing landing pages, calls-to-action, and user journeys to maximise conversion rates and reduce drop-off across the funnel.
  6. Analytics & Reporting: Owning campaign performance reporting across HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other platforms. Deliver actionable insights to improve ROI and forecasting accuracy.
  7. Website Management: Managing day-to-day updates and overseeing the performance of the marketing site, ensuring UX, SEO, and CRO best practices are implemented.
  8. SEO Strategy: Leading on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive high-quality organic traffic, working with content and web teams to ensure best-practice implementation and technical SEO optimisation.
  9. Copywriting & Messaging: Developing engaging, high-converting marketing copy across digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
  10. Content Ideation: Leading the content strategy ideation process, aligning themes and topics with campaign objectives, keyword strategy, and funnel stages.
  11. Brand Strategy & Management: Supporting the evolution of our brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
  12. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating across teams, including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure marketing programmes are aligned with wider business priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in growth or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS context.
  • Strong track record in managing paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and META.
  • Expertise in email marketing, nurture workflow design, and lead scoring using HubSpot.
  • Ability to design and implement CRM automation and lead segmentation strategies.
  • Skilled in CRO, with experience using tools like Hotjar, Google Optimize, or similar.
  • Proficient in campaign analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
  • Strong copywriting skills for professional and technical audiences.
  • Experienced in managing or collaborating on website performance and UX.
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning and messaging frameworks in SaaS.
  • Collaborative and commercially aware, with proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

  • HubSpot Certifications (Marketing, Automation, or CRM)
  • META Blueprint Certification
  • LinkedIn Marketing Certification
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Arabic language skills – spoken and written
