Qualifications

• Hands-on experience driving growth in consumer digital healthcare.
• Proven track record of owning acquisition channels end-to-end.
• Ability to operate as a builder and operator rather than a manager.
• Strong understanding of funnel optimization and conversion surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client acquisition and the full funnel from awareness to scheduled assessment.
• Design and run acquisition loops across Local SEO, paid channels (Google, Meta), and referral networks
• Build repeatable acquisition systems to reduce cost per qualified intake and improve conversion rates
• Define and drive growth metrics including Cost per Qualified Lead and Channel-level ROI
• Collaborate with operations to ensure lead quality and a frictionless intake flow
• Launch and iterate experiments weekly to identify and scale high-intent channels
