Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a Marketing leader to build and scale the function from the ground up in a fast-paced, remote startup environment. You will craft messaging, drive inbound programs, and create asset-rich content (blogs, guides, webinars) to generate demo requests and customer stories.

You will own website optimization, SEO, and PR, while managing HubSpot for lead scoring and reporting. A strong track record in product marketing and sales enablement is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to build a marketing function from scratch.
• Expertise in product marketing, content, and sales enablement.
• Experience with HubSpot.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build the messaging foundation and translate it into sales enablement materials.
• Develop inbound marketing programs to drive demo requests.
• Create content assets including blogs, research, guides, and webinars.
• Optimize the website as a conversion tool.
• Manage SEO and visibility in AI search results.
• Execute founder branding and PR strategies.
• Develop customer case studies and social proof.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot for lead scoring, attribution, and reporting.
