Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC in Dubai is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company’s online presence across platforms, develop annual plans, monitor performance and optimize campaigns.

You will manage SEO/SEM, social media, email, and CRM campaigns, coordinate with vendors, and ensure content aligns with corporate guidelines. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, and experience in WordPress/CMS is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or Equivalent.
Marketing specialization would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Establish an annual plan in direction of Manager for digital presence and communication covering all digital platforms where the company is present.
Identify priorities by brand and layout the various necessary activities under the above budget.
Continuously monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of digital and suggest necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising; develop website/LinkedIn content.
Regular updates of the website to improve web performance in Google search listings and track improvements with Google Analytics.
Grow customer acquisition and retention on Digital and Social Media Channels; feed leads into the CRM system.
Liaise with vendors to collaborate on online activities and ensure alignment with guidelines.
Continuously seek new digital opportunities to improve presence.
Ensure all communications and POS literature comply with Corporate Identity guidelines.
Execute detailed action plans and follow through as per briefing.
Analyze, monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI/KPIs.
Monitor competitor activity and market information.
