Position: Growth Equity Analyst/Associate

Description

Associates on our platform will be trained to evaluate opportunities across the entire capital structure, including Equity and Debt. This position will be located in the Dubai office.

Responsibilities
  1. Source new investment opportunities by representing Expansion Capital in networking, sourcing, and other externally facing capacities.
  2. Perform due diligence on investment opportunities, including financial modelling, industry research, market research, and developing a deep understanding of customers and competition.
  3. Work with companies post-investment, including involvement in Board meetings.
Qualifications
  1. Superior academic and performance record.
  2. 1-4 years of experience from a leading investment banking analyst program or a private investing platform.
  3. Ability to evaluate opportunities across all industries and throughout the capital structure.
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis.
  5. Maturity to operate both independently and as part of a team, and work directly with founders and management teams of companies.
  6. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  7. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting or related discipline preferred.
