Job summary

Quadcode, a fintech startup building an AI IDE, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own go-to-market for our AI IDE product and drive scalable user acquisition across English and Russian speaking communities.

You will lead guerrilla and community-led campaigns, collaborate with developers and influencers, manage outsourced content, and optimize funnels from traffic to paid users, with full budget ownership and remote global scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience launching and scaling tech products.
• Proven ability to drive user acquisition via guerrilla, community-led and organic strategies.
• Experience collaborating with AI/developer influencers and creators.
• Familiarity with AI/developer communities (Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, Telegram).
• Analytical skills to track, optimise funnels and KPIs.
• Fluent English (B2+) and Russian (C1).

Responsibilities

• Build scalable acquisition strategy focused on organic and guerrilla initiatives within AI and developer ecosystems.
• Own end-to-end acquisition of X new active users per month and DAU growth.
• Track and optimise the full acquisition funnel from traffic to paid.
• Grow product presence across social media and niche dev/AI communities via organic content and collaborations.
• Manage outsourced promo content production and ensure timely delivery.
• Own the marketing budget to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with the product team to align onboarding, activation and monetisation.
• Stay updated on AI and developer tools trends.
