Job description

As a Growth Designer within our GTM and Growth Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in visually articulating Bayzat s value across the customer journey. You ll design high-impact creative assets from website pages, landing pages, and product screen mockups to in-app visuals and campaign collaterals that drive awareness, engagement, and expansion.

Reporting to the Growth Strategist, you will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Design teams to craft visually compelling, conversion-optimized experiences supporting self-serve and sales-assisted growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, design, and product storytelling, ideal for designers who thrive on performance and narrative. Your work will directly impact how prospects and customers perceive and interact with our brand across touchpoints.

Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

  • Design high-impact digital experiences: Craft high-converting, visually compelling designs across Bayzat s website, landing pages, and in-app messaging, supporting lead generation, GTM campaigns, and upselling initiatives.
  • Turn product features into visuals that sell: Create banners, tooltips, and pop-ups that boost feature adoption, support user education, and spark upsell interest all aligned with PLG and product engagement goals.
  • Design in-app moments that drive action: Design in-app UI elements such as banners, tooltips, and pop-ups that promote feature adoption, encourage upsell exploration, and support user education, aligned with PLG principles and product engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams for cohesive campaigns: Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure every visual aligns with campaign goals, messaging, and user behavior, creating a coherent experience across all touchpoints.
  • Support personalized, segment-driven experiences: Create personalized microsites and campaign assets tailored to specific personas, industries, or product modules, blending creative storytelling with brand consistency.
  • Contribute to creative experimentation: Conduct A/B tests on visuals, CTAs, and layouts, using insights to refine designs and boost engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain visual and brand consistency: Ensure every design aligns with Bayzat s brand, voice, and design system, delivering a consistent look and feel across all channels.
  • Design and innovate smarter with AI: Leverage tools like Lovable, Galileo, and UX Pilot to accelerate workflows, scale creativity, and optimize designs for conversion.
  • Be accountable for design-led conversion impact: Treat design as a performance lever, optimize assets using engagement, funnel, and revenue data to drive conversion, retention, and upsell.
What you will need to have:
  • Experience:2 4 years of experience in marketing design, visual communication, or product marketing design, preferably in a B2B SaaS digital-first environment.
  • Design tool proficiency: Skilled in using modern design tools like Figma, landing page builders, and animation tools, to create high-impact visuals across marketing channels.
  • AI-enabled design fluency: Proficient in leveraging AI-powered design tools and automation platforms to enhance speed, creativity, and scalability in execution.
  • Creativity & growth mindset: A proactive, creative thinker unafraid to experiment. You hunger to learn new techniques, embrace feedback, and continuously improve your craft.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communicator and team player. You re comfortable working cross-functionally with marketers, PMs, designers, and content writers to bring campaigns to life.
  • Organization & execution: Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment without compromising quality.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and stay calm under pressure. Start-up pace and shifting priorities don t discourage you they energies you.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for design and the psychology behind what makes users click, engage, and convert.
  • Language proficiency: Strong command of English, Arabic is a plus.
