Our client is looking for a Group Tax professional to oversee all aspects of the groups tax management and operational matters. The role has a strong focus on UAE Corporate and International Tax. Client Details Our client is a leading conglomerate in the UAE, they are a group of companies with a diverse portfolio. This role is a prime opportunity to be a part of their growth, transformation and future ventures. Description * Manage compliance with UAE Corporate Tax laws, including tax return filings and tax audits * Develop and implement tax-efficient structures for the group's domestic and international operations * Provide tax advisory support on various tax matters raised by internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance and tax efficiency * Lead computation of deferred tax assets and liabilities in accordance with IFRS * Ensure timely and accurate tax accounting, including journal entries and disclosures * Support compliance with UAE VAT laws including return filings, reconciliations, and audits * Advise on VAT implications of local and cross-border transactions * Provide tax advisory for business expansion, restructuring, and M&A projects * Identify and mitigate tax risks while maintaining efficiency Job Offer The successful candidate gets the opportunity to work for a leading holding company in Dubai and is compensated with attractive pay and incentives
