Job description

  • Administer and monitor on-premises and cloud-based servers (Windows / Linux).
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user accounts.
  • Oversee network infrastructure : firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
  • Ensure security best practices including patch management, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and ensure lifecycle management of IT assets.
  • Monitor system performance and perform tuning to maintain efficiency.
  • Install, configure, and support enterprise applications and services (., Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware).
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and procurement.
  • Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation (network diagrams, SOPs, configuration guides).
  • Assist with IT audits and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR, .

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in IT system administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, and networking protocols.
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Familiarity with security tools (endpoint protection, SIEM, MFA, backup solutions).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Certifications preferred : MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, Azure Administrator, or RHCSA .

Preferred Skills :

  • PowerShell or Bash scripting for automation.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, New Relic).
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and ticketing systems (., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
