Job summary

InZone is seeking an experienced Social Media Executive to own the social presence of multiple entities within the group. You will govern platforms, shape content strategy, shoot and edit content, and manage community interactions across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and more.

The ideal candidate works independently, can turn business updates into social-first content, analyzes performance, and stays ahead of platform changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in social media management, including UAE market.
• Experience managing social for multiple brands under a group/holding.
• Ability to shoot, edit and publish content independently.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own governance across group entities: access, bio, links, and policy compliance.
• Develop platform-specific strategies for all major networks.
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with business priorities.
• Shoot and edit short- and long-form video content.
• Source content from cross-functional teams and repurpose content.
• Track performance and deliver quarterly reports with insights.
• Monitor comments and messages in brand voice and escalate as needed.
• Stay updated on platform changes and evolving creator trends.
