Job description

Group Senior Manager Digital Product Sales

The role involves setting and achieving sales targets through effective management of the sales team and channel partners. Responsibilities include designing strategic business plans to expand the customer base, collaborating with marketing, product, and support teams for go-to-market strategies, analyzing business performance, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key duties encompass recruiting, coaching, and monitoring sales teams, building customer relationships, preparing technical proposals, managing partner relationships, and ensuring partner compliance. The role also involves conducting competitor analysis, managing technical validation activities, and supporting team members with RFIs, RFPs, and proposals.

Additional responsibilities include meeting business targets, recruiting and supporting channel partners, monitoring partner performance, and ensuring compliance with partner programs. If applicable, the role involves managing a team, promoting company values, ensuring safety, and performing other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration/economics, or logistics.
  • 5-8 years of experience in SaaS cloud solution sales of ERP/CRM or Logistics solutions.
  • Experience in driving channel sales within similar product categories.
  • Proficiency in proposal preparation, customer presentations, demos, and pre-sales activities.
  • Understanding of industries like Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Logistics.
  • Consultative approach, customer orientation, and ability to map customer needs to solutions.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales from planning to closing.
  • Industry expertise and business acumen.
  • Mentoring and coaching abilities.
