MoonTech is seeking a hands-on product leader to own the core platform and drive the roadmap across product, delivery, and analytics. You will work directly with the CEO and founder, writing PRDs, shaping architecture discussions, and growing a high-performing team.
You will balance customer experience, scale, reliability, and cost while shipping AI-enabled capabilities and automations that move the business forward.
MoonTech turns influencer marketing into a performance channel. Brands run creator campaigns on our platform and measure them like paid media. Over the last two years, 75 brands have generated $47M from $3.5M in spend, with 90% retention, and 3,000 creators have earned money on the platform.
We are rebuilding the foundation for the next stage: a unified data layer, event tracking done properly, self-serve brand onboarding, and AI embedded in both the product and how we operate. This role sits at the center of that work.
You will run MoonTech's product execution engine. That means owning strategy for the core platform, leading a team that spans product, delivery, and analytics, and being personally in the work rather than above it.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will write PRDs, sit in the data architecture conversations, and run the roadmap review, while also growing the people who report to you. We are looking for someone who has already operated at this scope and still wants to build.
Product strategy for the core platform. Set direction, translate it into sequenced bets with measurable outcomes, and defend the tradeoffs between customer experience, scale, reliability, and cost. The roadmap is the source of truth. You own it.
The product team. Lead and grow a team covering product management, delivery, and analytics. You set the craft bar, own hiring and performance, and grow people into wider scope. Measurement is designed into features rather than requested after launch, and the team argues from data.
Delivery across squads. Predictable, quality execution across multiple squads. Clear green, yellow, red status that leadership can read at a glance. Feature demos before release. Nothing outside the roadmap gets built.
AI-enabled capabilities. Identify where AI creates measurable value for brands and creators, partner with Engineering and Data to ship it, and hold those features to success metrics after launch rather than at demo.
Automation and operational scale. Find the high-friction workflows across brand onboarding, campaign setup, payments, and support. Design them out. Set targets for cycle time, error rate, and cost to serve, and report against them.
Data foundations. Partner with Engineering on the unified data system, the migration off HubSpot as a database, and event tracking rebuilt properly. You will not own the infrastructure, but you will own whether the product can be measured.
Stakeholder alignment. Work directly with the CEO, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams. Communicate direction, progress, and risk without being asked twice.
You report to the CPO and work closely with the founder. The product operating model is being built right now, and you will shape it rather than inherit it. You get a team on day one, real influence over how the company operates, and a stage where the decisions you make compound. The path to a director or VP title here is a matter of what you build, not a job requirement.
