Job Description

What\'s on your plate:

• Lead and coach 2-3 Product Managers, fostering a culture of outcome-driven product development, customer empathy, and high accountability.
• Drive roadmap alignment and delivery across multiple squads, ensuring iterative execution and measurable results.
• Partner with commercial leadership to maximize customers growth and retention, while balancing user needs with business outcomes.
• Apply data-driven methods and experimentation (A/B testing, lifecycle analytics, churn modeling) to continuously improve acquisition, engagement, and win-back strategies.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, including regular reviews with senior leadership, by clearly connecting product outcomes to talabat\'s growth objectives.
• Build alignment across teams and functions, ensuring customer retention priorities are integrated into broader company strategy

Qualifications
