We’re hiring: Group Operations Manager
Location: Dubai – JLT | Global Manufacturing Operations
Are you a strategic operations leader ready to take ownership of performance across international manufacturing sites? At Armeton, we’re looking for a Group Operations Manager who combines operational know-how with strong leadership skills — someone who can build high-performing teams and drive consistent results across borders.
About the role:
You’ll support Plant Managers across Poland, Slovenia, the USA, and Mexico, guiding their daily performance, developing leadership capabilities, and helping to build a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role is based in Dubai (JLT).
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance across manufacturing sites
• Ensure delivery on production, quality, safety, and cost targets
• Act as the primary escalation point for Plant Managers, providing support and strategic guidance
• Lead monthly performance reviews and ongoing coaching for site leaders
• Drive data-driven decision-making through KPI monitoring and reporting
• Embed a safety-first mindset in all operational routines
• Ensure financial control and compliance with group policies
• Identify and develop high-potential talent within the operations team
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or equivalent); Master’s or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
• At least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in a multi-site or regional function
• Experience working in international, cross-cultural environments
• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish, Polish, Slovenian, or other European languages are a plus
• Must be eligible to travel to the European Union and the United States
