GROUP OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - BEIRUT OR DUBAI

Summary

Eptalex is seeking a Group Operations Director to oversee the implementation of firm-wide initiatives and ensure operational excellence across our international offices. This is a senior execution role (COO-level) responsible for aligning and coordinating all internal operations, marketing, training, technology, and administrative functions across the group.

What We’re Looking For

1. 10+ years’ experience in operations or business management (legal/professional services preferred)
2. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
3. Experience working with multi-office, international structures
4. Familiarity with legal marketing, HR, technology tools, and compliance
5. Based in Beirut or Dubai

Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement the firm’s strategy and KPIs as set by the Board
2. Oversee group-wide marketing, directory submissions, and communications
3. Coordinate global events, webinars, and branding efforts
4. Standardize HR policies and training programs across all offices
5. Manage the development and rollout of a practice management/ERP system
6. Maintain databases for clients, partners, and conflict checks
7. Support RFPs, client pitches, and business development coordination
8. Submit monthly reports and oversee external service providers
