Delivery of the day-to-day operational activities in relation to moving employees on assignment, provide our employees with a high standard tailored Global Mobility service that is efficient, responsive and cost-effective while ensuring a positive client experience.
Partnering with HR, Finance and business stakeholder groups to enable ongoing tax and immigration compliance and improve knowledge and understanding in this area.
Work closely with global third-party providers to provide the assignee with a seamless experience covering assignment services, tax, immigration, household goods shipment, and destination services.
Effectively utilise the Assignment Management System to continue to improve global mobility delivery, reduce costs and improve management information.
Assist in resolving complex cases and queries, and act as the first-line decision-maker for any global mobility exceptions.
Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
