A glimpse of your typical workday

• Act as the primary point of contact for all legal matters across the group.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements including commercial contracts, leases, NDAs, MOUs, and vendor agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on business operations, company structuring, and transactions such as acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
• Ensure group compliance with applicable UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and authorities as needed for litigation, arbitration, or licensing matters.
• Handle corporate secretarial functions such as drafting board resolutions, shareholder documents, and maintaining corporate records.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide proactive legal advice to senior management.
• Stay up to date on legal and regulatory developments relevant to the group’s operations.

What makes you stand out

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); master’s or equivalent legal certification preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to the UAE market and group-level operations.
• Proven ability to work independently in a standalone legal role.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE commercial, corporate, and labor laws.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required
