Job summary

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a senior Global Sourcing Leader to drive end-to-end procurement across regions and business units from Dubai. You will lead a high‑performing team, shape category strategies, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure measurable value and risk management.

The role demands 10+ years in strategic procurement, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a player-coach leadership style. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sourcing or strategic procurement with international experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, complex, or business-critical sourcing across regions and business units.
• Conduct end-to-end sourcing activities including market analysis, global supplier scouting, supplier pre-qualification and benchmarking.
• Provide senior sourcing expertise in escalated or high-risk situations.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Global Sourcing Managers across regions.
• Define goals, priorities and expectations aligned with global business needs.
• Allocate sourcing work between the Team Lead and team members based on complexity, risk and capacity.
• Act as senior interface between internal stakeholders and the global sourcing organization.
• Capture and consolidate global sourcing demand across business units and functions.
• Lead and coordinate global sourcing initiatives across business units (Energy from Waste, Renewable Gas, Carbon Capture, Systems & Services).
• Contribute to strategic discussions with market intelligence and sourcing insights.
• Combine reporting insights with sourcing experience to support management decisions.

The role is accountable for delivering high‑quality global sourcing outcomes while ensuring effective demand management, prioritization, service levels, and reporting for internal stakeholders

• Personally lead strategic, complex, or business‑critical sourcing across regions and business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in sourcing or strategic procurement, team leadership, international experience
• Master's/ bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or similar
• Fluent English, other languages will be considered as a plus
• Category management methodologies, supplier and contract management
• Player-coach leadership style with strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience in a senior sourcing or lead role combining operational delivery and leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of global markets, supplier qualification, and sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sourcing projects end to end.
