Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Group Head of Operations for their client in Dubai which owns and operates a chain of multispecialty polyclinics across UAE.

Job Function:

1. Operations / Back Office Processing / Data Entry
2. Top Management

Skillset:

Heading operations of a multi outlet group of clinics, business development, retail expansion, profit & loss management. Candidates without experience in complete management and responsibility of profit & loss for the chain would not qualify for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that operational services are run efficiently and effectively.
2. Achieve operational excellence through a sound understanding of financial and performance management.
3. Maintain good communication skills and clinical engagement.
4. Support outstanding patient-centered care.
5. Utilize resources in line with the organization's strategic objectives.
6. Support and develop services to achieve the group's strategy.
7. Act as liaison for all Physicians practicing at the clinics.
8. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with existing, new, and potential Physicians.
9. Monitor performance against business objectives and targets.
10. Track progress against targets and prepare regular reports for the Senior Management Team.
11. Contribute to the formulation of annual plans and promotions, monitor their implementation, and make appropriate changes within areas of responsibility.

Experience Required:

A minimum of 15 to 18 years of work experience in UAE, leading multiple polyclinics across multiple locations.
