Key Focus Areas:
People strategy aligned to growth goals
Leading M&A due diligence and post-deal integration
Designing leadership and development programs
Implementing HR systems (HRIS) and compliance structures
Key Requirements:
8+ years in senior HR roles, ideally in logistics or fast-paced sectors
Proven HR leadership in complex, multinational environments
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR operations, and talent strategies
Experience managing visa/immigration and payroll processes
