Job summary

Client of Madison Pearl in Dubai seeks an experienced finance leader to own management reporting, statutory accounts, and audit processes for FCA DFSA or FSRA-regulated entities.

You will oversee tax, treasury, cash flow, and finance operations, manage outsourced accounting providers across jurisdictions, lead a small internal team, and uphold strong financial controls ensuring timely, accurate reporting and compliance.
