Michael Page in Dubai is seeking a Group Finance Controller to lead financial control for an established business in the industrial sector. You will oversee group financial control activities, review results, coordinate period-end closes, and ensure robust accounting controls.

The role requires a professional accounting qualification and strong experience in financial control and group reporting, with a clear focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Mandatory professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, etc.).
• Experience in the industrial sector is mandatory.
• Strong experience in financial control, accounting and group reporting.
• Ability to review financial information and identify significant movements or discrepancies.
• Sound knowledge of period-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Confidence in preparing clear, accurate financial reports for business stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain strong accounting controls and improve finance processes.
• Strong attention to detail when managing financial data and accounting records.

Responsibilities
