Job summary

OmanYP in Dubai seeks a Senior Controller to lead financial operations for the industrial/manufacturing division. You will prepare and analyse financial statements, oversee budgeting, and manage a 10+ person team across multi-entity and group consolidations.

Requires Africa experience, CPA/ACCA advantageous, and strong regulatory knowledge. You will coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and provide actionable financial insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Multi entity and territory experience
• Experience managing large teams
• Experience in Africa is a MUST
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing financial operations within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.
