Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a passionate Group Executive Chef to lead a dynamic culinary team. Job description

Very excited to be working with this well-established & highly acclaimed company to find the a Group Executive Chef!

This Exec Chef role will be a hands-on role and you will be leading the culinary team to create unforgettable dining experiences.

Experience, skills & attributes that we are looking for:
  1. At least 3 years’ experience as an Exec Chef in a high-profile restaurant or premium dining venue.
  2. Experience in multiple cuisines including Asian cuisine being a must.
  3. Very on-trend and able to curate well-balanced and creative menus.
  4. Strong leader and enjoys mentoring a large culinary brigade through leading by example.
  5. Ability to work with financial KPIs and have a good understanding of profit and loss.
  6. You have the ability to lead the culinary direction of the venue, whilst working closely with the senior management team.
  7. A foundation degree in culinary arts.
  8. Ability to create menus that are both creative and profitable.
  9. Knowledge of HACCP and running a comprehensive food safety management system.
  10. Excellent leader with good communication skills.
  11. Ability to adapt to change and spot and resolve problems efficiently.
