Qualifications

A high growth technology business in the region have an exciting new opportunity for a Director of Finance to join their team based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to shape the group’s financial strategy and organizational design.
• Lead the finance function for multiple entities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, IFRS / US GAAP compliance, and strong internal controls.
• Ensure tax compliance with local & international regulations.
• Lead the Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation and drive automation of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Provide commercial finance support, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and strategic business case reviews.
• Support investment decisions, M&A initiatives, or IPO readiness where required.

Your Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA)
• 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, spanning both accounting and commercial finance.
• Proven track record in ERP implementation, ideally Oracle NetSuite (SAP S / 4HANA is a plus).
