We are hiring Chief Operating Officer for one of the leading Group of companies based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Title : Chief Operating Officer (COO - Reporting to Group CEO)

Location : Dubai, UAE

Compensation : Competitive, based on experience + Benefits as per Law

Employment Type : Permanent (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to drive profitability for the 14 sub companies, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across all subsidiaries.
  • Operational Management: Oversee and optimize operations across various verticals, including leasing, transportation, logistics, maritime services, and fleet management.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure strong financial management, cost control, and revenue growth by implementing effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning strategies.
  • Business Expansion & Innovation: Identify opportunities for expansion, future mobility solutions, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, government agencies, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
  • Performance Management: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance operational performance across all subsidiaries.
  • Service Excellence: Enhance customer experience by improving service delivery, fleet services, and leasing operations.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 15+ years of leadership experience in leasing, transportation, fleet management, logistics, or related industries.
  • Proven expertise in managing multi-business operations (Leasing, technology, transportation, logistics, fleet management, delivery service etc), with a track record of driving profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost optimization.
  • Deep understanding of leasing operations, service center management, transportation services, and fleet solutions.
  • Ability to lead large teams and drive a high-performance culture. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
