Job Description: Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview:

The Group Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for shaping and leading the client's marketing strategy across all verticals: Real Estate, Hospitality & Entertainment, and Fitness & Wellness. As a strategic architect and transformation catalyst, the GCMO will drive the company and its entities' revenue, bottom line targets, equity, positioning, innovation, patron journey, and experience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, experienced in digital marketing and market analytics. They will integrate CRM, IT, and sales functions to maximize lead generation, optimize campaigns, and track return on investment (ROI).

The CMO will also drive international expansion through roadshows, exhibitions, and targeted market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market share.
  2. Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, content marketing, and analytics to boost online presence and engagement.
  3. Manage brand positioning, market research, and competitive analysis.
  4. Manage the marketing budget with strategic allocation of resources.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, media, and other stakeholders, enhancing market positioning and business opportunities.
  6. Stay abreast of market trends, consumer behaviors, and technological advancements to keep the marketing strategy relevant and effective.

Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years as head of the department.
  • UAE experience is a must.
  • Cross-sector experience, including real estate development, retail, and hospitality.
  • Hands-on experience working in a fast-growing organization, combined with the ability to act swiftly, with authority, to deliver on strategies.
