Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Group Chief Commercial & Operating Officer in the United Arab Emirates to join the Executive Leadership Team. The role translates corporate strategy into an integrated, customer-centric and high-performing model across commercial and operating functions.

You will provide executive leadership for growth, organisational capability, transformation and sustainable outcomes, overseeing portfolio functions including sales, retail, assets, HR, digital, governance and risk, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Executive education in Strategy, Leadership, Governance or Business Transformation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate corporate strategy into an integrated commercial and operating model.
• Provide executive leadership across commercial, operational and corporate support functions.
• Drive growth, capability, transformation, and sustainable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior leaders.
• Establish governance, performance measures and accountability.
• Oversee portfolios including Sales, Operations, HR, Digital, and Asset Management.
• Sponsor enterprise-wide transformation and AI adoption.
• Manage budgets, risks, compliance, and business continuity.
