Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Financial Leadership : Partner with the Group CEO and Board to define long-term strategic direction and drive shareholder value.
- Capital Allocation : Optimize capital structures across the portfolio, evaluate investment opportunities, M&A, divestitures, and fundraising activities.
- Performance Management : Oversee financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting across multiple business verticals.
- Risk & Governance : Ensure rigorous internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with global standards.
- Investor Relations : Represent the Group to investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Digital Transformation : Champion automation, finance digitization, and systems integration across entities.
- Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and excellence.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
- Education : MBA / CPA / CA from a top-tier global business school or university. CFA preferred.
- Experience : 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in diversified holding groups, private equity firms, or investment conglomerates.
- Strategic Mindset : Proven ability to scale financial operations, lead restructuring efforts, and drive capital optimization.
- Global Outlook : Experience working across geographies and managing cross-border transactions.
- Communication : Excellent executive presence with the ability to engage at Board-level and lead investor conversations.
